• Represented a general contractor in a lien dispute with a homeowner over remodeling work. Achieved a favorable resolution.

• Represented a subcontractor in an indemnity claim brought by a general contractor for allegedly defective work. Resolved all claims favorably.

• Represented the owner of a hotel that suffered extensive property damage and loss of use due to flooding. Recovered $2 million from a negligent plumbing contractor and its insurer.

• Represented the owner of an apartment community in litigation over latent construction defects. Recovered over $1.6 million from contractors and their insurers.

• Represented a national homebuilder in AAA arbitration against an engineering firm for breach of standard of care in environmental cleanup. Recovered $1 million.
