Brandon D. José

Brandon José represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on matters involving contracts, insurance, regulatory compliance, and construction-related issues. He works with developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals to resolve litigation efficiently and strategically. His experience also includes representing clients in public bid and procurement protests.

He has contributed to the resolution of high-stakes litigation, including seven- and eight-figure disputes involving wrongful termination, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, licensing violations, and lien and bond claims. His experience spans arbitration, bid protests against municipalities and local agencies, and lawsuits involving surety obligations and insurance coverage.

Before joining Lowndes, Brandon played collegiate soccer at the University of West Florida.  During law school, he served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Monte C. Richardson and as an Executive Articles Editor on Law Review.  He graduated second in his class and earned Book Awards in six courses.
