Lowndes Welcomes Three New Associates
Lowndes is pleased to announce the addition of three new associates to the firm: Allison Gray, Brandon José and Herin Warner.
Gray focuses her legal practice on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters throughout Florida. She assists in representing property owners, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in development projects, helping to address zoning-related issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
José focuses his practice on construction law, including both construction-related transactions and litigation matters. He assists in handling complex commercial disputes involving transactions, contracts, insurance, construction defects, and regulatory compliance. He works with builders, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Warner is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. She assists with representing clients in a broad range of areas, including real estate development, finance and transactions, condominiums, commercial leasing, commercial lending and title insurance.
