Brandon José and Andrew Kelly Appointed to Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association Next Gen Leadership Council

Lowndes is pleased to announce that attorneys Brandon José and Andrew Kelly have been appointed to the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association Next Gen Leadership Council. Throughout the rest of 2026, the council leaders will collaborate with many of CFHLA’s committees, including the Governmental Affairs Committee and the Political Action Committee, to gain firsthand insight into the advocacy process, explore meaningful ways to engage within the Central Florida hospitality industry, and make an impact.

José focuses his practice on matters involving contracts, insurance, regulatory compliance, and construction-related issues. He works with developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals to resolve litigation efficiently and strategically. His experience also includes representing clients in public bid and procurement protests.

Kelly focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing and other general corporate and securities matters. He has experience working with clients on a wide range of real estate matters including real estate development, finance and transactions, condominiums, property owners’ associations, commercial leasing, commercial lending and title insurance.
