Overview

Paul Amos represents clients in civil, commercial, and construction litigation, as well as in matters involving municipalities and special districts. He also advises businesses, property owners, and developers on commercial real estate and construction law, including contract review, risk management, and lien‑related issues. Paul’s approach focuses on providing practical guidance and effective strategies that help clients protect their interests and resolve disputes efficiently.

A Vero Beach native, Paul began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit, where he served for eight years before entering private practice in 2003.  Before joining the State Attorney’s Office, Paul completed an externship with the 19th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, authorized by the Florida Supreme Court to make court appearances and try cases under supervision.

Paul has maintained a strong presence in Florida’s legal community. He is an active member of the Indian River County Bar Association, where he served on the Board of Directors and as President from 2020 to 2021.
