Overview
Cole Oliver concentrates his practice in real estate and transactional matters, including land use and zoning, purchase and sale contracts, real estate closings, and secured real estate transactions. He also advises clients on contract drafting and review, entity formation, and commercial and business litigation, helping property owners, developers, and businesses navigate legal issues with clarity and confidence.
Cole began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John Antoon II of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, experience that provided him with valuable insight into complex litigation and federal court practice. He has been an active member of The Florida Bar since 2007.
Deeply committed to community engagement, he has served in leadership roles for numerous organizations and boards, including the Brevard Zoo, Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, and Cypress Bank & Trust. He has twice been appointed to the Governing Board of the St. Johns River Water Management District and twice selected for the Brevard County Charter Review Commission, where he also served as Chairman of the Port Canaveral Charter Review Commission.
