Ethan S. Moore

Ethan Moore counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises for both mature companies and startups, commercial real estate transactions, and corporate governance matters. He also advises on a broad range of federal tax and business planning issues, including entity selection and formation, reorganizations, dissolutions, executive compensation, pre- and post-transaction tax planning, and individual and entity‑level tax matters. Ethan focuses on delivering practical, strategic guidance that helps clients structure transactions effectively and achieve their business goals.

Before becoming an attorney, Ethan spent more than a decade in the corporate world, including several years as a C‑suite executive at a mid‑sized education services company. His diverse professional background spans Miami, San Francisco, Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore, and includes business consulting work throughout South America and Asia. Drawing on this experience, Ethan understands the operational, financial, and strategic challenges businesses face and brings a business‑minded perspective to every legal matter he handles.

Ethan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating third in his class, and later completed his LL.M. in Taxation. During law school, he served on the executive board of the University of Florida Journal of Technology Law & Policy, was recognized as an Ethos of Excellence Scholar, and was published in the Iowa Law Review.
