Overview

Rebecca Emmons is a real estate and corporate attorney in the firm’s Vero Beach office. In her real estate practice, she assists individuals, businesses, and developers with the purchase and sale of property, oversees residential and commercial closings as a title insurance underwriter, and counsels land developers on creating and implementing development restrictions. She also prepares homeowners’ association and condominium association governing documents and provides ongoing legal guidance to community associations throughout the region.

Rebecca’s corporate practice includes entity formation, contract drafting and review, shareholder agreements, and the acquisition and sale of businesses. She frequently serves as outside general counsel to business owners and advises tax‑exempt and nonprofit organizations across the Treasure Coast on governance, compliance, and operational issues. She also shares her knowledge as a speaker and contributor at real estate industry seminars.

Deeply committed to her community, Rebecca has held leadership roles in several philanthropic organizations. She is a past Chairman of the Indian River Community Foundation and a former President of Indian River Impact 100, a women’s collective philanthropy group. She has additionally served on the boards of Children’s Home Society, Junior League of Indian River, and Riverside Children’s Theatre. Her longstanding community involvement reflects her commitment to meaningful philanthropy and strengthening the Treasure Coast.
