William “Bill” Stewart concentrates his practice on residential and commercial real property transactions and financing, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and the representation of not-for-profit entities. As a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, Bill brings a high level of expertise to clients navigating real estate and property‑related matters. He is also rated AV Preeminent by Martindale‑Hubbell, reflecting the highest standard of professional excellence.

A longtime resident of Vero Beach, Bill is deeply committed to serving his community. He serves on the board of the Indian River Real Property Council and is a member of the Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice Foundation Board. His dedication to charitable initiatives has been recognized with the Pinnacle Award for excellence in charitable giving, as well as multiple Chairman’s Awards from the VNA & Hospice Foundation and VNA of the Treasure Coast.
