Overview
Devin Harvey is a construction litigation associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents owners, contractors, and developers in construction disputes, including defect and contract claims, as well as complex commercial litigation matters throughout Florida.
Devin’s practice includes drafting dispositive, summary judgment, and evidentiary motions; managing discovery and depositions; and preparing cases for trial. He also negotiates settlements and represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and at trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Devin handled commercial litigation matters at a regional defense firm, managing cases from inception through resolution. During law school, he worked as a summer associate and served as a summer extern with the Leon County Attorney’s Office.
Devin graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, finishing in the top 15% of his class. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for both the Florida State University Law Review and the Business Law Review. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in history and criminal justice from the University of Alabama.
