Lowndes Welcomes Construction Litigation Associate Devin Harvey

Lowndes is pleased to announce that Devin Harvey has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Orlando office.

Harvey concentrates his practice on construction litigation, representing owners, contractors, and developers in construction disputes, including defect and contract claims, as well as complex commercial litigation matters throughout Florida.

His practice includes drafting dispositive, summary judgment, and evidentiary motions; managing discovery and depositions; and preparing cases for trial. He also negotiates settlements and represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and at trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Harvey handled commercial litigation matters at a regional defense firm, managing cases from inception through resolution. During law school, he worked as a summer associate and served as a summer extern with the Leon County Attorney’s Office.

Harvey graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, finishing in the top 15% of his class. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for both the Florida State University Law Review and the Business Law Review. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in history and criminal justice from the University of Alabama.
