Sam Wexler

Sam Wexler is a law clerk in the firm's Construction practice group, where he assists attorneys with transactional and dispute-related matters involving owners, developers and contractors. His prior land development experience, including coordinating subcontractor agreements and supporting community development projects, gives him practical insight into the business and operational challenges that arise during construction.

Before joining the Construction practice group, Sam served as a summer law clerk with Lowndes, gaining experience across its Corporate, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He also interned with the State Attorney's Office for Florida's Twelfth Judicial Circuit.

Sam earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he served on the Stetson Business Law Review's Article Selection Committee and worked as a research assistant in real property law. His published article examined policy solutions to challenges in implementing affordable housing programs, and he later served as a panelist discussing affordable housing policy at the publication's real estate symposium.

He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with a specialization in Urban and Regional Development and a minor in Real Estate.
