Megan Padgett

Megan Padgett is an attorney in the firm’s Vero Beach office, where she supports attorneys in representing individuals, families, and businesses across the Treasure Coast. Her work includes assisting with legal research, drafting, discovery, and case preparation in matters involving business disputes and family law proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Megan gained practical experience as a summer law clerk for two consecutive years, working alongside attorneys in commercial litigation, real estate, and family law. She also brings experience reviewing contracts and supporting business operations from prior roles in the private sector, strengthening her ability to understand and anticipate client needs.

Megan earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida. A lifelong Florida resident, she is excited to begin her legal career in Vero Beach and contribute to the community she has long called home.
