Shawn Trautman is an experienced construction litigation attorney who represents a diverse clientele, including property owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors. His practice spans the entire litigation process, from intake to discovery, mediation, and trial.

With a focus on complex construction defect disputes, Shawn's work covers both commercial and residential projects, addressing construction defect issues, delay claims, payment disputes, and general commercial litigation matters in the construction industry.

In addition to his construction litigation practice, Shawn provides counsel to business owners and government entities on contractual issues, dispute resolution, procurement, and related matters. He also has experience in real estate litigation, community association law, and commercial leasing disputes.

Committed to pro bono legal work, Shawn has been recognized twice with the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award for his significant volunteer contributions to the community.
