Overview
Sean Klein is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group, where he represents clients in disputes involving estates, guardianships, business relationships, and real property.
Before transitioning to litigation, Sean was part of the firm's Land Use, Zoning, and Environmental Group. In that role, he advised property owners, developers, and lenders throughout Florida on navigating regulatory frameworks and zoning laws. This background provides valuable insight for his litigation practice, particularly in matters involving real estate and land use disputes.
At Stetson University College of Law, Sean was a member of both the Stetson Law Review and the Stetson Business Law Review. He gained valuable experience through a judicial internship at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and as a summer law clerk at Lowndes. Sean holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida.
In his free time, Sean enjoys golfing, playing guitar, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
