Overview
Haley Davis advises individuals and families on a wide range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce and pre‑ and postnuptial planning and agreements. She brings a practical, client‑centered approach shaped by her experience as a judicial extern for the family law bench of the Second Judicial Circuit and as a clinical student. During law school, Haley assisted veterans with family law and housing issues through the Veterans Legal Clinic.
In 2023, Haley began serving as one of the eight inaugural lawyers for Access to Justice of Indian River County, where she provides pro bono family law consultations to local residents. Through this work, she helps expand access to legal services and connects individuals with community resources.
Haley is also an active member of The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, serving on the Publications, Children's Issues, and Rules and Forms Committees. In addition, she has served as a guest editor for the Section's Commentator publication.
A Florida native from Plant City, Haley now lives in Melbourne. She graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees and minors in Spanish and Economics. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University, where she served on the Florida State University Law Review as Article Selection Editor for the online edition.
