Overview
Chelsea Miller focuses her practice exclusively on matrimonial and family law, representing clients in matters involving dissolution of marriage, timesharing, post-judgment modifications, paternity, and prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements. With more than a decade of experience, Chelsea provides practical, compassionate guidance to help clients navigate difficult transitions and resolve complex family law issues.
Chelsea is deeply involved in advancing family law in Florida. She serves on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, where she is Co-Chair of the Publications Committee and Co-Secretary of the Legislation Committee. She is also active on several other committees, including CLE, Long Range Planning, Children’s Issues, Equitable Distribution, and Special Needs. Her leadership and contributions have earned her multiple honors, including the Chair’s Award of Special Merit and the Above and Beyond Award from the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. Chelsea has also been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Committed to strengthening her community, Chelsea has served on the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Indian River, including as President for the 2020–2021 League year. She continues to support local initiatives and is an inaugural lawyer for Access to Justice of Indian River County, where she assists self‑represented parties with family law and related matters.
