Overview
Bradley Rossway focuses his practice exclusively on complex matrimonial and family law matters, bringing decades of trial experience and a deep understanding of Florida family law. Known for his discretion and steady guidance, Brad frequently represents high-net-worth individuals facing sensitive, high stakes issues. He has built a reputation for resolving even the most challenging matters through private, strategic approaches that minimize public conflict, supported by strong courtroom advocacy when litigation cannot be avoided.
Born in Huntington Bay on Long Island, New York, Brad moved to Vero Beach at age 10 and has called the community home for more than 55 years. A founding member of his prior firm, he has represented clients throughout the Space Coast and Treasure Coast, primarily in the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Judicial Circuits, which include Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Okeechobee, Brevard, and Seminole Counties.
Brad has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list in Family Law and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest recognition for professional excellence. He has served on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, appointed by Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis, and he is a founding member of the Orlando Chapter of the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators.
Deeply engaged in the community, Brad served for more than eight years on the board of Indian River Memorial Hospital, now known as Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital. He also serves as an inaugural lawyer for Access to Justice of Indian River County, assisting self-represented parties in family law and related matters. His commitment to service, both locally and abroad, is further reflected in his participation in numerous mission trips.
