Lowndes Elevates Three Attorneys to Senior Associate

Lowndes is pleased to announce that attorneys Griffin Giroux, Rocky Johnson, and Andrew Kelly have been elevated to senior associate, effective immediately.

Giroux represents a broad range of clients in commercial litigation matters and internal and government investigations. Having been involved in all stages of litigation, Griffin has considerable experience counseling clients on strategy, drafting complaints and motions, responding to discovery requests, conducting witness interviews, and handling negotiations and settlements. 

Johnson concentrates his practice in the area of construction industry claims and litigation, representing builders, architects, engineers, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals. He has experience handling a wide variety of complex commercial disputes related to business transactions, contracts, insurance, construction defects, licensing and statutory compliance.

Kelly focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing and other general corporate matters. He also regularly works alongside the firm’s Real Estate Group, and he has experience working with clients on a wide range of real estate matters including real estate development, finance and transactions, condominiums, property owners’ associations, commercial leasing, commercial lending and title insurance.
