Mariana Monforte

Overview

Mariana Monforte is an attorney in the firm's Commercial Leasing practice group, providing transactional support to clients across retail, office, and mixed-use lease negotiations, landlord-tenant matters, and property development agreements. She brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her summer rotation through the firm's Corporate, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation Departments, where she gained valuable experience with a variety of transactional and dispute-related matters.

Mariana earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where she distinguished herself as a leader and advocate. She graduated as a Senior Associate on Stetson Law Review, served as Chief Ambassador for the Stetson Law Ambassadors, and competed on the Moot Court Board—earning recognition, with her teams, as the final-round winner of the Robert Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition and as a national Octofinalist and Brief Award winner in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.  She also completed two semesters in the Stetson Veterans Advocacy Clinic, assisting veterans with cases before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

In addition to her summer experience at the firm, Mariana worked as a summer law clerk for a family law practice and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Helinger in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit.
