Ric Bergholtz Appointed to Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce

Lowndes is pleased to announce that attorney Richard S. Bergholtz in the firm’s Mount Dora office has been appointed to the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Bergholtz focuses his legal practice on real estate, construction and corporate law. Since 1986, he has been representing architects, engineers, public and private owners, developers, contractors, sureties and material men in various types of construction claims, and dispute resolutions on a local, state and national level. He also has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, surveys, and issuance of title insurance, along with estate and trust planning and administration. Ric provides legal services to the healthcare industry as well. Ric holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and a law degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law.
