Lowndes to Acquire Rossway Swan, Expanding Reach Across Florida

December 9, 2025 - Orlando, FL – Lowndes, one of Central Florida’s largest law firms, has entered into an agreement to acquire Rossway, Swan, Tierney, Barry & Oliver, P.L., a full-service law firm with offices in Melbourne, Vero Beach, and Miami. This acquisition expands Lowndes’ footprint along Florida’s east coast and strengthens its capabilities in business and corporate law, real estate, litigation, family law, estate planning, guardianship and health care.

Rossway Swan brings a team of talented attorneys whose expertise complements Lowndes’ existing strengths. The acquisition broadens Lowndes’ reach in Brevard County and adds offices in Indian River and Miami-Dade counties, enabling the firm to better serve clients across Florida’s most dynamic markets.
