As Chief Financial Officer, Raymond Norris oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, banking relationships, trust account management, and tax planning. He partners with firm leadership and delivers timely financial analysis which strengthens the firm’s long‑term financial stability.
Raymond Norris brings more than 25 years of experience in law firm financial management and operations, having previously served in Director of Finance and Controller roles, as well as in the commercial real estate sector. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
