Taurus Plans Phase 2 of Beltway Commerce Center with Two New Warehouse Bldgs

Real estate firm Taurus Investment Holdings plans more than 560,000 square feet of new warehouse space for the next phase of an industrial development in its Beltway Commerce Center. The new phase includes two industrial/distribution buildings, which will be 240,000 and 324,000 square feet each.

Contributors to the project include Donald W. McIntosh Associates, Randall-Paulson Architects, Arco Design/Build and Miranda Fitzgerald, shareholder at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A.
