Shareholder James Walson Appointed to First Tee of Central Florida's Board of Directors

ORLANDO, FL- Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney and Shareholder James E. Walson has been appointed to the Board of Directors of First Tee of Central Florida, a youth development organization that uses golf as a vehicle to develop in young people the positive values inherent in the game such as honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, and confidence. 

Walson is a real estate lawyer whose practice encompasses both transactional and litigation matters. He represents buyers, sellers and lenders throughout Florida, with significant focus on commercial real estate transactions, commercial lease negotiation and real property rights litigation. He has negotiated purchase and sale agreements and leases, including retail, office and medical office. He has extensive experience litigating matters involving contracts, title insurance liability, commercial landlord/tenant matters, easements, fraud, deed warranties, boundary disputes, adverse possession, lien priority and access rights. In addition, he has conducted appeals before the Second District Court of Appeal and the Fifth District Court of Appeal. Walson routinely represents title insurance companies, commercial landlords, property owners, buyers and lenders. Walson has earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his law degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Walson is a frequent speaker and author.
