Shareholder Jackie Bozzuto receives the 2019 Allied Member of the Year Award from CFHLA
Orlando, FL – Lowndes is pleased to announce that Shareholder Jackie Bozzuto has been awarded the 2019 Allied Member of the Year by the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association (CFHLA). Bozzuto currently serves on CFHLA’s Governmental Affairs Committee and also has been involved with its Allied Relations Council and Political Action Committees.
Bozzuto is the co-leader of the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure Group. She is goal-oriented, organized, and a gifted relationship-builder and connector of people. These skills, along with decades of experience in the restaurant industry, have earned Bozzuto the reputation of “trusted advisor” to clients. Bozzuto’s experience mapping out strategies for real estate development and finance, including commercial leasing, also extends beyond the hospitality industry. She has represented clients acquiring hundred-million-dollar portfolios out of bankruptcy estates, as well as other multi-site and multi-state purchases and sales. In addition, she assists foreign entities and individuals with setting up optimal tax structures for ownership of residential and commercial. A frequent speaker at high-profile hospitality industry events, Bozzuto is the past president of CREW-Orlando (Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves on numerous other boards and committees as well.
