Orlando, FL - Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed is pleased to announce that seven of its attorneys have been honored with the Inaugural Ninth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Merit Award. The award recognizes attorneys who have shown a commitment to their local community by providing significant pro bono legal assistance to individuals who are unable to afford legal counsel. The firm attorneys who were chosen to receive the Inaugural Ninth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Merit Award are:

Matthew Brenner, Richard Dellinger, Jon Gibbs, Timothy Haughee, Brendan Lynch, Melody Lynch and Laura Walda.

The Ninth Circuit's Pro Bono Program started in 1993 and has grown from 12 cases per year to thousands of cases per year. The success of the program is dependent on the attorneys and law schools who volunteer their time and expertise to help provide legal counsel.
