Melody Lynch Elected Professional Responsibility Co-Chair of ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section

Lowndes is pleased to announce that Shareholder Melody Lynch has been elected Co-chair of Professional Responsibility for the American Bar Association (ABA) Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section.

The ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section is a national forum of over 16,000 lawyers, dedicated to improving the law, advancing lawyers’ skills, and serving both the profession and the public in its practice areas.

A longtime member of the ABA, Lynch previously served as Vice Chair of the Section’s Ethics and Malpractice Committee. Lynch focuses her practice on probate, trust & fiduciary litigation, contested guardianships, healthcare and complex business disputes. Her MBA complements her law degree when she analyzes financial statements and handles other complicated issues involving assets.
