Lowndes Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Nicole Cuccaro

Orlando, FL – Lowndes is pleased to welcome our associate attorney Nicole Leath who will join the firm’s real estate practice. Leath began her practice with another local law firm before joining the Lowndes firm. In that previous practice, she gained experience in the diverse areas of general commercial and corporate litigation, corporate law, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.

“We welcome Nicole to our firm, and we believe she will be a great addition to our real estate team and resource to the clients we serve, said Shareholder Greg McNeill who is also the firm’s general counsel & chair of the Litigation Department.  

Leath graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in the top 10% of her class. During her time at the University of Florida, Leath was a managing editor on the Florida Law Review and served on the Executive Board of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division. She was recently inducted into the Florida Chapter of The Order of The Coif and is a member of Florida Blue Key. Additionally, Leath is Vice Chair of the board of directors for the Young Professionals for Orlando Science Center.
