Lowndes Relocates Melbourne Office to Support Space Coast Growth and Client Demand
Lowndes, a Florida-based full-service law firm, has relocated its Melbourne office to 730 E. Strawbridge Ave., Suite 200, Melbourne, FL 32901, to better serve clients in the region’s rapidly growing aerospace, aviation, and technology sectors.
The new location offers increased square footage and upgraded facilities to enhance collaboration and client service. The office’s eight attorneys continue to serve Space Coast businesses and individuals in corporate law, real estate, intellectual property, litigation, and trusts and estates.
“The Space Coast is home to some of Florida’s most innovative industries, and our clients need legal partners who understand both their business goals and the pace of change,” said Lowndes President and CEO Quino Martinez. “This relocation gives our Melbourne team the space and tools to continue delivering the high-quality legal services our clients have come to expect.”
The firm's Melbourne attorneys regularly advise aerospace and technology companies on corporate and intellectual property matters, helping them protect and commercialize their innovations. The office also recently expanded its real estate practice with the addition of Shareholder Brian Stephens, who represents real estate investors, operators, and developers.
“We’re proud to be part of the Space Coast community and committed to helping our clients grow and succeed,” said Shareholder Jim O’Brien, who leads the Melbourne office. “Whether it’s forming a company, negotiating a deal, planning for the future, or protecting intellectual property, our team is here to be a reliable legal partner every step of the way.”
Lowndes, with its principal office in Orlando, serves clients throughout Florida and beyond, with more than 80 attorneys across a wide range of practice areas.
