Orlando, FL - Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., is pleased to welcome construction attorney Ryan Scordato to the firm, effective immediately.

Scordato, who comes to the firm as a lateral hire, will represent owners, developers, contractors, design professionals and subcontractors asserting a variety of construction issues. Additionally, Scordato will continue to practice in the areas of commercial litigation and business law, where his past legal experience will serve firm clients. Scordato has been licensed to practice in the state of Florida since 2011. He serves as the chair of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Construction Law Committee. Previously, he co-chaired the OCBA YLS Law Clerks Reception Committee, the OCBA YLS Golf Tournament Committee, and the OCBA YLS New Membership Committee.
Scordato is past-president of the Christian Service Center Board of Directors, and he has served as an officer and board member with the organization for six years. In addition, Scordato was involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation Golf Tournament and is a past-participant of the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s “Lock-Up” program. Scordato holds a law degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Connecticut, where he played lacrosse for four years.
