Having previously served on the OEP’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Dymond also chairs the organization’s Business Development Strategy Committee and was formerly the Co-Chair of the Investor Relations and Business Development Committee. Dymond is a long-time supporter of civic and charitable organizations and has served as a board and executive committee member of Enterprise Florida which promotes economic development statewide and was recently invited to join The Florida Council of 100.

As the past Chair of Florida Citrus Sports, Dymond has been instrumental in a number of initiatives in the sports industry, including a leading role in securing the renovation improvements to the Camping World Stadium. The investment has attracted world-class entertainment and sports, including the Rolling Stones and this year’s NFL Pro Bowl. Dymond also served as the lead negotiator in securing multi-year television agreements with ABC and ESPN, and team selection agreements with the Big 10, SEC, ACC, Big East and Big 12 conferences – all big wins for Central Florida.
