Lowndes Advises Property Markets Group on $200+M Tri-tower Project in Downtown Orlando

Lowndes provided zoning and land use services to Property Markets Group Inc. for the development of a three-tower multifamily complex on Orange Avenue, directly across the street from the Orange County Courthouse. The $200 million-plus, mixed-use project, named “Society Orlando,” will comprise 719 apartments along with retail and other commercial space.

According to the company website, the first two towers of the 19-story project are currently under construction and will include 464 rental apartments and commercial space. The two towers are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The Lowndes team representing Property Markets Group was comprised of Rebecca Wilson, who advised on land use, and Rebecca Rhoden, Melody Lynch and Michael Piccolo, who advised on an appeal of the entitlements.
