Lowndes Advises Park Square Homes on Luxury Vacation Home Community in Orlando

Lowndes is representing Park Square Homes, one of Central Florida's premier production and vacation homebuilders, in its development of a 385-lot luxury vacation home community on International Drive in Orlando.

The project, known Paradiso Grande, includes single-family homes with floorplans of six to 15 bedrooms and four to 15 bathrooms, as well as townhomes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The community will also feature numerous amenities, including a community clubhouse with a resort-style pool and lazy river, a children’s playground, parks, and walking trails.

Founded in Orlando in 1984, Park Square Homes has constructed thousands of homes in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties.

Lowndes attorneys Gary Kaleita and Matthew McMurtrey advised Park Square Homes on the land acquisition and project financing and are handling development matters.
