Lowndes is pleased to congratulate ICON Park, which the firm represented in a lease agreement with Arte Museum, an international digital art experience by the Korean design company d'strict, for their first Florida location expected to open in 2027.

Spanning approximately 30,000 square feet, Arte Museum will feature a multi-sensory journey through immersive galleries where sight, sound, touch, taste, and scent are thoughtfully curated. Already captivating audiences in Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, and South Korea, Arte Museum’s Orlando venue will debut with all-new large-scale works designed specifically for Central Florida.

“Arte Museum is unlike anything else in Orlando,” said Chris Jaskiewicz, President and CEO of ICON Park. “This is more than an exhibit—it’s an experience that transforms how guests see, hear, feel, and even smell art. We’ve seen the positive feedback from guests in Las Vegas and are excited to add it here at ICON Park, where it will complement Blue Man Group and expand our entertainment offerings on the Universal Boulevard side of our park.”

ICON Park is a 20-acre, open-air entertainment destination located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The complex features more than 50 restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, including The Wheel, a 400-foot observation wheel offering stunning views of Central Florida.

The Lowndes team advising ICON Park included Tim Miedona (Commercial Leasing) and Bill Dymond (Hospitality & Leisure).
