Lowndes is pleased to announce that it represented ICON Park in a lease agreement with Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. for a new multi-level retail experience located in the heart of Orlando’s premier entertainment district.

The new Build-A-Bear location will feature an innovative, immersive retail concept designed to engage guests of all ages. The multi-level space will include interactive experiences, exclusive merchandise, and themed areas that reflect the brand’s commitment to creativity and connection. The store is expected to open in the first half of 2026 and will be a key addition to ICON Park’s diverse lineup of attractions, dining, and entertainment options.

“This will be the largest combination of experiential retail and entertainment at ICON Park,” said ICON Park President and CEO Chris Jaskiewicz. “We think Build-A-Bear’s decision to expand here at this scale speaks volumes about the appeal of doing business in Orange County and at ICON Park.”

ICON Park is a 20-acre, open-air entertainment destination located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The complex features more than 50 restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, including The Wheel, a 400-foot observation wheel offering stunning views of Central Florida.

The Lowndes team advising ICON Park included Tim Miedona (Commercial Leasing), Bill Dymond (Hospitality & Leisure), and Savannah Horton (Commercial Leasing).
