Lowndes Advises Dewar Nurseries on Residential Project in Apopka

Lowndes advises Dewar Nurseries in connection with a new residential project planned for nearly 40 acres of land in Apopka, Fla. The Apopka City Council unanimously approved the rezoning and future land use amendment for the site, paving the way for a new residential community in a growing area of the City.  

The 38.6-acre parcel, located at 724 W. Keene Road, was previously designated for agricultural uses. The approved changes allow for various residential asset classes at a density of up to 7.5 dwelling units per acre.
