Lake County Community with Thousands of Homes Moves Toward Development

Shareholder Tara Tedrow was quoted in an Orlando Business Journal article regarding Whispering Hills, a proposed master-planned community with nearly 3,000 homes in Lake County, Fla. On January 3, Leesburg city commissioners approved annexation and rezoning for 1,088 acres located off U.S. Route 27.
During the county commission meeting, Tedrow, who represents Orlando-based developer Marsan Real Estate Group LLC, commented, “This large-scale master-planned community was redesigned thoughtfully multiple times to accommodate design requests of neighboring residents.”
