Shareholders Joseph Lane and Matthew O'Kane co-authored an article published by the Orange County Bar Association’s The Briefs in June 2020. The article, titled “Basics of Public Owner-Direct Purchase Programs for Exemptions from Florida Sales,” explains the process under which a governmental unit may save on Florida sales and use taxes on purchases of tangible personal property that are incorporated into a construction project that the public owners owns.
