Four Attorneys Recognized in Legal 500’s US Elite 2026 Rankings

Orlando, FL – Lowndes is pleased to announce that Quino Martinez, Mike Provenzale, Tara Tedrow, and Becky Wilson have been recognized in the Legal 500 US Elite 2026 rankings.

Legal 500 highlights leading practitioners outside the global elite firms across key U.S. markets, including Atlanta, Denver, Florida, Miami, New Orleans, North Carolina, and the Southeast (Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and South Carolina).

Martinez (Tier 1), Tedrow (Tier 3), and Wilson (Tier 3) were recognized for their work in Real Estate, while Provenzale was ranked Tier 3 for Financing and Restructuring. In addition, Lowndes was named a Legal 500 US Florida Elite Tier 2 firm in Real Estate.

Martinez concentrates his practice on commercial leasing and real estate investment and development. His clients include public and private real estate investors, developers, property management companies and brokerage firms, as well as non-profits. 

Provenzale represents institutional and private lenders in commercial loan foreclosure and other collection lawsuits, receiverships, workouts, and bankruptcies throughout the state. His bankruptcy practice involves representing creditors of all types in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, as well as adversary proceedings.

Tedrow provides strategic counsel to clients seeking entitlements for a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments across the state of Florida. She collaborates with local governments and regulatory bodies to navigate the complexities of master-planned communities, environmental compliance, zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, site plan approval, variance requests, and property rights.

Wilson represents property owners, developers, lenders and other development participants with issues related to zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, administrative law, Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs), procurement issues, due diligence and property rights.
