Lowndes is pleased to announce that Shareholder Daniel McIntosh has been elected to the Winter Park Institute Board of Trustees. 

With a mission rooted in bringing influential voices to the community through public lectures and readings, the Institute fosters meaningful exchange across a broad spectrum of disciplines and perspectives. By encouraging thoughtful dialogue and civic discourse, the Institute plays an important role in strengthening an engaged, informed citizenry.

A Shareholder at Lowndes and former chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, Dan advises clients on complex real estate transactions across Central Florida, with experience spanning acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing. He also has a strong record of community involvement, including leadership roles with the Winter Park Library Board, Orlando Shakespeare Theater, and Central Florida Public Media.

In his role, Dan will help guide the Institute as it enters an exciting new chapter focused on growth, community engagement, and civic impact.
