|Awards & Recognition

Shareholder Brendan Lynch was honored during a WKMG News 6 special presentation show entitled “Our City of Heroes: A July 4th Celebration,” which was created in partnership with the City of Orlando and focused on local everyday heroes who have gone the extra mile during the coronavirus pandemic. Lynch, who serves as chairman of United Arts of Central Florida, was recognized for championing support of the arts and leading the organization’s most successful annual fundraiser, which raised almost $3.2 million for local arts groups, theaters, museums and concert halls.

Lynch’s commitment to the community and its cultural diversity is rooted in his love for his adopted hometown of Orlando. In addition to his advocacy of the arts, he has served in various leadership roles for the Adult Literacy League, the Orange County Teen Court and the Heart of Florida United Way.

In his legal practice, Lynch represents both commercial and residential property land owners, as well as tenant business owners, in issues of property tax valuation and eminent domain/condemnation. He assists property owners throughout Florida with their property tax appeals, including assessment reviews, direct negotiations with county property appraisers, appeals to the Value Adjustment Board and trial and appellate court proceedings. His clients include apartment projects, big box stores, condominiums, commercial strip centers, hotels, residences, student housing, vacant land and other retail buildings.
