Andrew Gluck Recognized with Roth Family JCC Leadership Award

Lowndes is pleased to announce that shareholder Andrew Gluck was recently presented with the Leadership Award by The Roth Family Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando in recognition of his extraordinary service, dedication and leadership during his tenure as president and his many years on the board. He was also applauded for his work in successfully bringing The Roth Family JCC and the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando together as one entity, called Shalom Orlando. As president of the JJC and a member of the merger task force, Gluck was instrumental in the unanimous approval of the merger by both agencies. He now serves as vice-chair of the newly created Shalom Orlando.

As an attorney in the Lowndes Real Estate Department, Gluck focuses his legal practice on real estate transactions, development, finance and commercial leasing work in the retail industry, among others. He regularly provides technical and practical advice to clients in connection with the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate of all types, including vacant land, shopping centers, entertainment complexes, office buildings, restaurants, hotels, and other retail projects. He also assists clients in negotiating contracts for purchase and sale, performing due diligence, negotiating transfer documents and finalizing the closing of transactions.

Gluck has worked on several notable projects, including the acquisition and leasing of a 178-site restaurant portfolio with a purchase price in excess of $245 million, the acquisition of a four-hotel portfolio with a purchase price in excess of $80 million and the acquisition and leasing of a 143-site retail portfolio with a purchase price of $240 million, just to name a few.
