Quino Martinez Assumes Role of Lowndes CEO, President, and Managing Partner
Lowndes is pleased to announce that Quino Martinez has officially assumed the role of the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, President, and Managing Partner. As the fourth Managing Partner in the firm’s 55-year history, Martinez succeeds William T. Dymond Jr., who has led the firm for the past 16+ years. Dymond will continue to practice and serve as the firm’s Chairman and a leader in the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure Group.

Martinez began his career in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1998, joined Lowndes in 2004, and became a Shareholder in 2008. As former Co-Chair of the firm’s Commercial Leasing Practice, he has built a national practice focused on the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of multiple real property types. His clients include public and private real estate investors and developers.
Active in the community, Martinez is a member of NAIOP, the Board of Trustees of Lake Highland Preparatory School, and the Board of Trustees of the Heart of the City Foundation. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the City of Orlando, and the former Board Chair for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando and Osceola County.
Recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite for his work, Martinez received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his JD degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
