Modified Protocol Keeps Orange County Inspections Open for Business

|Article

Beginning Friday, March 27, access to the Orange County Administration Building will be suspended in response to the coronavirus pandemic. However, a modified protocol for inspections of occupied structures will go into effect, providing some good news for contracts and developers whose projects might otherwise suffer delays.

The protocol will require inspectors to maintain social distancing and complete a questionnaire to assess risk prior to entering an occupied structure.
