The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released its 2023 AMI Income and Rent Limits, with Orange County’s AMI increasing from $80,100 to $84,700.

Under the Live Local Act, signed into law in late March and set to take effect on July 1, developers can benefit from expedited permit processes and a range of tax breaks and incentives that make affordable housing projects more financially viable.
