50th Anniversary of the Boyer Institute
Multifamily & Condominium Group Chair Alex Dobrev will speak at the “Luncheon Roundtable of Condominium Past Chairs – Past, Present, and Future of Condominium Law and Governance” as part of the Boyer Institute’s 50th Anniversary Celebration at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, on October 30, 2025.
Dobrev advises investors, developers, and lenders on the acquisition, disposition, (re)development, and financing of multifamily, condominium, and other commercial real estate projects, including those involving distressed assets and condominium terminations. Alex has extensive experience structuring, evaluating, and negotiating large-scale mixed-use development and redevelopment projects.
