Like many firms, we primarily recruit associates through our summer program, providing frequent social opportunities along with a cross-section of work projects. Given the size of our firm, our summer program is naturally small which, along with our client/industry/practice team rotation system, gives law students the opportunity to see first-hand what it’s really like to be a young associate at Lowndes.
