Lowndes is pleased to announce that Adam Sanderson has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Law Group. Sanderson brings extensive experience advising and defending employers in a wide range of workplace matters, with a particular focus on employment litigation.

Prior to joining Lowndes, Sanderson practiced at a nationally recognized boutique employment law firm, where he represented clients in complex disputes involving wage and hour issues, employee benefits, workplace discrimination, and data privacy. His litigation experience includes class and collective actions under the FLSA, ERISA, FCRA, Section 1981, and various state laws governing compensation and data privacy as well as a wide variety of individual employment matters.

Sanderson is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Massachusetts, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York. His litigation experience spans all phases of the process, from depositions and e-discovery to dispositive motions and class certification strategy. He also works closely with expert witnesses and supports case strategy in multi-plaintiff disputes.

In addition to his litigation work, Sanderson counsels employers on compliance and policy development, helping clients reduce legal risk through practical, business-aligned solutions.

Sanderson earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College.

“We’re thrilled to have Adam join our group,” said Rachel Gebaide, Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Group. “His experience with complex employment litigation and his practical mindset make him a strong advocate for our clients and a great addition to our team.”

Sanderson’s addition underscores Lowndes’ dedication to providing clients with deep, litigation-focused employment law support.
