Lowndes represented RRB Partners, an Orlando-based real estate development and investment firm, in the multi-million dollar acquisition of 10 acres in the city of St. Cloud, Fla. Located at the highly trafficked intersection of U.S. 192 and Narcoossee Road, the vacant land will be developed by RRB Partners into a mixed-use project primarily composed of retail space along with possible other uses.

The St. Cloud project will be the newest addition to RRB Partners’ portfolio of retail, condominium and hospitality developments throughout the Southeast. Beau Blackerby, president of RRB Partners, indicated that the site’s prime location at a major intersection coupled with the incredible growth of the St. Cloud area made it an ideal location.

“As everyone knows, the city of St Cloud is going through a tremendous period of growth, and we are excited to be a part of that,” said Blackerby. “We will continue to stay active in the area and have many other local projects under consideration.”

The Lowndes team included real estate attorney Hanna Edeback, who handled acquisition of the property, and land use attorney Tara Tedrow, who is representing RRB Partners during the approval process.
